Upon booking, we will require:

• Booking deposit of £200 within 10 days of your booking and the balance, at the latest 1 month before your departure.
• A security deposit of £250, also 1 month before your departure. This will be returned to you after your visit but a deduction may be made in case of damage or additional cleaning following your visit.
• As soon as you can, your flight times or travel itinerary so that we can know when to expect you.
• It would be appreciated if you could be out of the apartment by 10:00 am on your leaving day. Normal check out day is Saturday, but there may be some flexibility out of peak season.
• Tourist tax of 70p per person per night for everybody of 13 years of age or more.
