The apartments are part of a very large Savoyard house that was once a farmhouse and is nestled at the top of a lovely, traditional and peaceful farming village (pictured above).

The village is called Le Villaret sur la Rosiere and it is just on the north western outskirts of Bourg St Maurice and up the hill a little. The house has a wonderful vantage point over the town which is especially beautiful at night. The views in all directions are lovely, we look over the valley to Les Arcs and La Plagne and the view up the mountain behind the house is also spectacular. It is the last house in the village and nothing but the mountains stretch away from the back.

In front there is still a small traditional working farm. There are some smaller farm animals around , not many and there's no smell . It all adds to the feeling of tranquillity. You will be well away from the hordes in the ski resorts. The house is 5 mins drive from the centre of Bourg St Maurice and the funicular railway which takes seven minutes to Les Arcs.
